Estamos buscando a un@ Guest Service Officer que se una a nuestro equipo.¿ Qué harás en tu día a día?- Brindar servicios de recepción a los clientes.- Coordinación con servicio de botones y gestión del personal.- Ser una fuente de información para los huéspedes sobre diversos temas como medios de transporte, asesoramiento de planes para hacer en la ciudad o recomendaciones de restaurantes.- Satisfacer las peticiones del huésped, aportando soluciones anticipadas, únicas y personales.- Resolución de cualquier tipo de incidencia y/o causa de insatisfacción del huésped, antes de la marcha en su estancia.- Procesamiento de pagos respecto a solicitudes de los huéspedes.
ualifications - Estudios finalizados relacionados con Turismo.- Excelentes dotes comunicativas con una gran pasión por la atención al cliente.- Persona detallista que se anticipe a las necesidades del cliente.- Nivel de resolución de incidencias rápida, capacidad de anticiparse a posibles problemas.- Nivel de inglés avanzado.- Experiencia previa trabajando como Guest Services Officer (preferentemente en hotel de 5*)- Buscamos a una persona que conozca el Madrid más auténtico, que se haya perdido por sus rincones y que sepa ofrecer a los huéspedes lo mejor de nuestra ciudad.
