Your Task
In your day-to-day job you will answer variety of questions related to customer’s accounts, subscriptions, products, providing first class experience for our clients via phone, chat or e-mail. You will have the responsibility to represent worldwide leading brands and make problem solving your number one asset.
Our Requirements
- Excellent Verbal & Written skills in German
- Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus;
- Ability to fulfill at least a 1 year contract;
- Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
- Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude;
- Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
