Ready to be part of the challenge?About the RoleWe are looking for a GTM Systems Specialist to join our team and become an expert in DealHub, a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform.
While prior knowledge of DealHub is not required, the ideal candidate should have a strong logical mindset and the ability to quickly learn and manage the system.
his role involves solving tickets, documenting processes, and training others to ensure smooth operations across Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
Over time, the specialist will take on projects to enhance and optimize DealHub to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with C-level executives, providing insights and solutions to support strategic decision-making.
esponsibilitiesLearn and master DealHub to manage configurations and resolve technical issues.
rovide support by solving tickets related to DealHub for Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
ocument processes and solutions to ensure knowledge is easily accessible.
rain internal teams on DealHub functionalities and best practices.
ollaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, to understand system needs and implement improvements.
evelop and optimize DealHub projects to enhance automation and reduce support requests over time.
equirementsStrong logical reasoning skills and experience working with logic-based tools.
enior-level experience in a similar role, preferably within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems.
