En tant que Growth Marketer, tu développeras et mettras en œuvre des stratégies de croissance innovantes et percutantes pour maximiser la visibilité de la marque et l’acquisition de nouveaux clients.
Tes principales missions incluront, entre autres.
L’analyse et la mise en place de contenus rédactionnels visant à automatiser le lead nurturing.
La mise en place et le test de lead magnets performants et optimisés.
Le développement d’améliorations et de tests continus de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur notre site dans le but d’optimiser nos taux de conversion.
L’analyse des tendances du marché immobilier en Espagne pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
La coordination des projets en collaboration avec les équipes marketing/communication.
u es bilingue français-espagnol.
u as la capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing innovantes.
’as déjà prouvé tes compétences en tant que Growth Marketer ou sur un poste similaire.
u maîtrises les outils et tactiques de marketing numérique, du SEO au SEM en passant par les médias sociaux.
’as le coup d’œil pour analyser les données et prendre des décisions basées sur des insights quantitatifs.
’es créatif et orienté chiffres et résultats.
Tu es en mesure de le prouver.
u es pro-actif et force de proposition.
Tu sais faire beaucoup avec peu.
u as un leadership affirmé, esprit d’équipe et aptitude à inspirer les collaborateurs.
u maîtrises Elementor et CMS Wordpress.
u possèdes une base de connaissances en UX.
