This position is a critical part of the U.
.
marketing team for TECVAYLI and the overall bispecifics portfolio within multiple myeloma.
The GPD, Market Access Marketing and Operations, will be responsible for the development and execution of an integrated U.
.
market access launch strategy for TECVAYLI and identifying and addressing operational complexities impacting broad patient access to the bispecifics.
The GPD will be responsible for the leadership of direct reports and must work closely with multiple functions including TALVEY Marketing/Market Access Team, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Franchise Marketing and KAMs, Sales, Sales Training, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Real World Value & Evidence (HECOR), R&D, Corporate Communications and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities.
In addition, this GPD will also collaborate closely with the leaders across the Johnson & Johnson Multiple Myeloma Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities.
Market Access TECVAYLI Lead development of differentiated value proposition and messaging to relevant stakeholders/PHDMs Lead access strategies (rebates, contracting, payer ad boards, innovative engagements) across channels (Payer, GPO, Federal) and embed systems to monitor and measure GTN and Market Access investments.
Lead Policy strategy and partner closely with SCG policy team to drive DRG, NTAP and outlier payment assessments.
Lead Payer and GPO strategy and engagement, inclusive of Pull Through Strategy in partnership with key account management and field sales.
Lead Trade/Distribution/specialty pharmacy strategy and execution Consult with Patient Marketing and PECs on HUB services to support patient access and affordability and access work to optimize patient experience.
Ensure readiness to navigate changing market dynamics and policy landscape inclusive of Inflation Reduction Act and Enhanced Oncology Model.
Represent US team on Integrated Evidence Team (IET) to inform Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs), and partner with Value & Evidence in house and field teams.
Key Responsibilities.
Bispecifics Operations Lead “end to end” evaluation of customer and product journey and determine operational barriers that may impact broad bispecific adoption and impact patient experience.
Lead evaluation and assessment of capabilities, structures, processes, etc.
to expand site activation and determine path forward.
Develop external customer/site solutions to support PHDM education, knowledge/best practice sharing, and enhance patient access.
Strong partnership with TALVEY Marketing/Market Access, Franchise marketing and relevant field teams will be critical.
General Responsibilities.
Oversee tactical execution of direct and indirect reports.
People Development.
Performance, coaching and development coordination and calibration, Succession planning, Development plans, Recruitment/Retention This is not an extensive, comprehensive listing of job functions.

Qualifications BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years business experience is required (e.
., Sales, Marketing, Management, Access, etc.) of which 5 years of marketing or market access experience and proven performance is required.
Oncology experience preferred.
Market access experience is highly preferred.
Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen.
Demonstrated people management experience is preferred.
Experience Engaging Sr.
Management preferred.
Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, proactivity, and communication skills required.
Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, not accept status quo, and be solution oriented.
Advanced communication, presentation, and influence skills required.
This role is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% travel (predominantly US with limited OUS travel).
