Guided by our values of PASSION, INTEGRITY, INNOVATION & EXCELLENCE, & TEAMWORK, we celebrate our diverse team spanning 22 countries and cultures, making Le Creuset a vibrant and inspiring workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Group Financial Analyst is to assist with the analysis of the financial results of the group, which includes but is not limited to:Help in reviewing and challenging subsidiaries financial results, forecasts and budget (P&L, Cash Flow, KPI’s) including deviation analysis.Provide financial analysis for Retail and Web Channel, monitoring the results, tracking business KPI’s and supporting the management in developing action plans.Implement and control group policies and procedures.Participate in projects in finance and accounting.Coordinates group requests with the subsidiaries (information collection, summary and presentation).Any ad hoc request within Group Finance function.Background and Skill RequirementsDegree in Business Administration or related areas.Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment.Previous experience in a BTC business and FP&A.Auditing experience would be an asset.Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Extensive knowledge of BI.Fluent in English both spoken and written.Any other language is an asset.IFRS knowledge is necessary.Personal ProfileAble to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.Well organized – proactive, rigorous and flexible.Service-oriented and courteous.Capable of working with minimum supervision.Able to adhere to tight deadlines and work under pressure.Must have good critical-thinking skills.Measures of PerformanceContinuous improvement.Meeting the deadlines.Forecasting accuracy.Successful participation in projects.Behaviours & CompetenciesCommunication: Adapts his/her oral and written communications to audience and fosters clear and effective communication with others.
