YOUR MISSION Glovo is growing and expanding to new markets, that's why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lawyer who will work directly with the Director of Governance, Risk, Compliance & Privacy of the company on managing the day-to-day implications in the business.
THE JOURNEY Provide expert advice to internal teams on data privacy and security matters.
Interpret and apply GDPR, global data protection laws, and industry-specific requirements to the projects.
Provide support in the management of DPAs requests and data breaches globally Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy best practices and compliance solutions.
Draft, review, and refine privacy policies, data protection agreements, and other documentation.
Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
Develop and deliver training to internal teams on data privacy regulations and compliance strategies.
Monitor emerging data privacy legislation and trends, advising clients on necessary adjustments.
Assist in implementing legal compliance mechanisms for international data transfers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE At least 3 years' of experience with proven experience in data protection and compliance.
Advanced English.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Knowledge of other fields of law is a plus.
A master in data protection commercial law is a plus.
Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies.
Problem solver, Organised and detail-oriented person.
International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
