hours a week of your working hours We are currently looking for a Global SEO Lead (m/f/d) with a strong focus on onsite SEO to join our team in our office in Berlin/Madrid/Munich or remotely.
Our SEO team is an internal strategic and operational consultancy for organic performance, technical or content optimisation, and outbound organic marketing.
It defines and monitors all processes, KPIs, best practices for GSG domains and markets, operating in a cross-functional, agile, and fast-paced environment.

Drive high-volume organic search traffic for more than 20 international domains Plan and execute SEO programs that will identify Onsite and Tech SEO-related opportunities Build SEO strategies, new marketing and business initiatives and perform regular competition landscape analysis to define gaps and opportunities Lead, coach, and mentor SEO Managers Manage multiple projects, work closely together with different teams and lead company-wide adoption of the latest SEO best practices Be an active business partner for the product development and editorial teams and be representative of SEO topics for the company Identify needs, communicate them to the appropriate team and undertake such communication proactively and effectively We are a match if you have...
6+ years of SEO experience in either a large international marketing agency or large publishing media compan y with millions of organic daily users Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithm history, EEAT and content ranking strategies Proven experience with HTML, CSS, JS, page layout testing, and internal linking optimisation Experience with prior semantic and contextual content optimisation A good understanding of Sistrix, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and Semrush Are you up for it?
