YOUR ROLE  Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone.
Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.
.
towing services).
Organize replacement vehicles.
Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program.
Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
