Behandeln von Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Kunden Anfragen und Anliegen durch Inbound (Eingehende Anrufe) Calls und die Identifizierung möglicher Verkaufschancen in den Gesprächen.
Kein Hintergrundwissen zu technischen Themen nötig.
Aufgaben.
Effizient und effektiv auf Kundenanfragen, über Inbound-Calls zu reagieren.
Kundenanliegen und Engagement halten und sicherstellen, dass alle vereinbarte Qualitätsmerkmale eingehalten und übertroffen werden.
Mögliche oder versteckte Kundenanforderungen zu erkennen und versuchen dadurch Zusatznutzen zu erbringen.
Mögliche oder versteckte Verkaufschancen, abhängig vom Kundenbedürfnis, zu erkennen und versuchen dadurch Zusatznutzen zu erbringen.
Sicherstellen, dass Dienstleistungsvereinbarungen mit einer hohen Genauigkeit erfüllt und durch einer gründlichen, positiven Kommunikation mit 2nd und 3rd Level Lines beibehalten werden, um eine rechtzeitige Problemlösung zu erleichtern.
Vereinbarte Prozesse und Arbeitsverfahren verfolgen, um Kundenanfragen zu lösen, und gegebenenfalls mögliche Prozessverbesserungen vorzuschlagen.
Das Gleichgewicht zwischen den Vorteilen des Unternehmens und des Kunden, zu verwalten.
