Hello there! We’re  Vodafone Intelligent Solutions  (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for a   German Speaking Business Sales Development Specialist     Your role in a nutshell.
To perform activities in the field of Sales Steering, with the aim of supporting the Enterprise Sales Steering (ESS) in Germany's B2B Small and Medium Enterprise business channels.
Support includes but is not limited to project-, performance-, as well as administrative support.
In terms of Project Management Support to provide administrative support to projects / workstreams / governance processes concerning their planning, development, and implementation.
In terms of Performance Management support of Senior Performance Management with Performance Data and Analytics to steer sales.
Preparation, communication and follow up of different analysis in the field of Sales Performance Management.
Providing input to creation and development of supporting analysis tools (e.
.
in Qliksense, Tableau, etc.)       What you’ll do.
Performance Management.
• Support Senior Performance Management with Performance Data and Analytics using platforms for actionable insights to steer sales  • Exploit available tools, applications and capabilities or identify possibilities to implement such enablers.
Coordination and administrative support.
• Support overall VBG Detailed Budget planning and performance steering targets (in terms of administrative tasks, calls, governance support) • Support Sales Steering Team with administrative tasks related to commission management • Perform as a single point of contactor current processes to support each team member in their operational tasks • Work on ad-hoc tasks and provide proactive support through recommendations on actions to the Sales Representatives • Provide PMO support for the following projects/activities.
o Administration       o Coordination of product migration projects (i.
.
tracking of migration and acting as SPOC)       o On annual projects with analysis, preparation and communication to relevant stakeholders       o On operational and improvement projects to drive continuous growth and efficiency in the Sales Steering Team  • Create and /or co-ordinate status reporting on projects and recurring processes.
• Close cooperation with onshore Planning, Performance Management, Finance, Marketing and Sales teams  • Maintain content on learning platforms for external partners.
What you will bring to the team.
• 4+ years work experience in a multinational sales environment in the telecom industry or 4+ years’ experience in PMO or performance analysis positions • Quick perception and ability to implement requirements in a flexible and timely manner • Proactive thinking and style of working • Ability to transfer knowledge • Basic project management experience • Self-motivated, independent worker,and individual contributor • Experience and understanding of company internal systems, processes, organizational and functional structures, ideally Vodafone Business internal knowledge or ability of understanding relevant structures in a fast pace • CRM system knowledge in Salesforce desired • Fluent, near native business language German, (Service Language), fluent English required • Highly advanced MS office (Excel, Access, Power Point)     In return we provide you with.
