-Actualizar los sistemas internos con el registro de los clientes y otra información adicional según sea necesario
-Tratar las quejas de los clientes, brindando soluciones y alternativas adecuadas dentro de los plazos, dar seguimiento para garantizar su resolución.
-Identificar y proponer mejoras continuas que ayuden a satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.-Orientado al cliente
-Nivel alto o bilingüe de francés e inglés
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
-Mentalidad multicultural y de mejora continua
-Experiencia en un rol de servicio al cliente en el manejo de pedidos de exportación.
-Conocimiento de trabajo de los paquetes de MS Office, experiencia avanzada en Excel será una ventaja.
-Auto-motivado y orientado a resultados y un buen trabajador de equipo (transcultural).
-Fuerte capacidad y deseo de brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y promover y mantener altos estándares de calidad.
-Actitud positiva y proactiva.
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
