u00a0 You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

40 working hours/weeku00a0(including different shifts from & from with 1 hour lunch break).
00a0 Hybrid way of working (candidate must be able to come to Limassol office 1-2 times/week).
2 days off per week.
Seasonal contract starts inu00a0May and ends in the middle of November .

ABOUT YOU u00a0 Great organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
00a0u00a0 Experience in the leisure and tourism industry u ideally in a booking admin position is desirable.
00a0u00a0 Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)u00a0 You can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture, plus you easily adapt to a variety of changes in ways of working and quickly learn new skills.
00a0 Collaborative approach, a real team player.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Englishu00a0is required for this role (knowledge of Greek language will be benefitial but is not mandatory).
ABOUT THE JOB u00a0 Managing and communicating all bookings, last minute bookings and amendments, communicating to the destination team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible while optimising costs and load factor.
00a0 Solving daily operational incidents relating to excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
00a0 Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
00a0u00a0 Ability to think quickly to replan, accordingly to vehicle/guide availability.
00a0 Excellent communication skills necessary in English to deliver information to the service delivery team and suppliers.
