FIXED SERVICES 2ND LEVEL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

• 1st and 2nd level technical troubleshooting on Fixed, Cloud, IoT, SDWAN and Firewall services.
• Phone support to field technicians that visit customers premises • Monitoring and proactive management of VIP customers’ circuits • Technical escalation to 3rd Level support upon SLA violation Who you are • At least 2 years of experience in technical support on fixed services • University or College degree • Excellent knowledge in xDSL/ VoiP technology and DSLAMs • Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written) and excellent knowledge in MS Office • Customer obsessed with emphasis on quality • Team player with analytical skills and high levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude Not a perfect fit?
