FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS SENIOR MANAGER

Keep reading!This is an outstanding opportunity for career development in Financial Planning and Analysis in an international group with continuous training and ample growth opportunities.GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of OW's business planning and forecasting processes, and for financial and operational reporting to internal and external entities. Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and evolution of the company’s main business planning and control tools (from excel into management systems).MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESFinancial Planning: · Coordinates the portfolio’s business planning process (including P&L, CF, BS and operational KPIs). · Challenges the AssetCos and ProjectCos forecasts. · Prepares OW’s consolidated annual business plan/budget and monthly reforecasts. · Maintains OW portfolio’s business planning and control model. · Supports in the design and coordinates the implementation of the OW’s Business Planning and Control System.Analysis: · Monitors and challenges performance across the portfolio (by AssetCo, by nature, by function, ratios, look-back, etc). · Follows projects’ schedules, development costs and capital expenditure. · Maintains a consolidated view of the portfolio’s P&L, Cash Flow, BS and main KPIs. · Ensures an efficient cash management across the portfolio and upstream/downstream between Projects and Shareholders.Reporting: · Coordinates the reporting process across the portfolio, including the definition of the information requirements. · Prepares reports to the management, shareholders and other internal or external stakeholders (such as lenders and investors).Tools: · Develops and maintains the tools for an efficient planning and control activity. · Supports the implementation and governance of the financial information systems.Other: · Supports performance improvement initiatives and other type of projects. · Supports other areas within the Finance function as well as functions outside Finance as required.ACADEMIC BACKGROUND· Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.LANGUAGES· Proficient in Spanish & English is a must.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE· Solid experience in developing financial models in excel (P&L, CF and BS).· At least 10 years of experience in FP&A; Financial Advisory Services; Investment Analysis; Consulting or similar. Experience in the energy sector is a plus.· Experience in usage of Planning and Control Systems is a plus.· Experience in implementation of Planning and Control Systems is a plus.KNOWLEDGE· Advanced knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
