Your place in the team The Order to Cash (OTC) team keeps direct contact with Vodafone’s vendors (enterprises) and handles a wide range of OTC processes.
As an Order to Cash Analyst you would be responsible for corporate partners ensuring the timely collection of payments and allocation of the invoices.
You will be involved in the following tasks •Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
•Manage collection for our customers via email (ad hoc phone) •Participate in process improvement projects that have a potential impact on reports or processes related to the business area •Perform month-end and ad hoc reporting •Act as a consultant to business partners in shaping the processes •Organize calls with other Vodafone entities regarding to the processes and the business area •Provide professional support to junior colleagues We are looking for you if you have •Fluent English language knowledge (both written and verbal) •At least 2 years of experience gained in a shared services or multinational environment in a similar field (Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash / Accounting) •MS Excel skills •SAP knowledge is an advantage •Outstanding communication skills, customer focus and proactivity •Good analytical and problem-solving skills, a mindset for process improvement •Please note that this is a fixed term (maternity cover) position for approx.
