FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities.
Provide instrument service and support mostly in monitor/defibrillators, and Respiratory Ventilators equipments.
Including installation, preventive maintenance interventions, equipment failure diagnostics and repair, interventions quotations, initial operator training and security modification and upgrade.
Manage workflow, client interfacing and company requirements and procedures providing the best customer experience, and proper incident reporting.
Escalate support needs to manufacturers.
Answer to client requests – Providing part number, quotations, and other technical support.
Work together with the Backoffice and the Key Account Managers.
Requirements Knowledge & Experience.
Graduated in electronics or equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience as a technician in a similar role.
Experience in monitoring /defibrillators systems, and Respiratory Ventilators equipments; Technical assistance in life support systems.
Build cooperative relationships and work team.
Languages.
Portuguese and English, Spanish will be valued.
Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
