Key competencies Comprehension on Sustainable Debt Market trends and forward- thinking skills to go beyond “business as usual”.
Analyse and report on developing trends from the main relevant associations.
International Capital Market Association, Association for Financial Markets in Europe, Global Financial Markets Association and Loan Markets Association.
Understanding of the global guidance’s.
ICMA Green Bond Principles, LMA Green Loan Principles, ICMA Sustainability-Linked Bond principals, LMA Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles, and the upcoming EU Green Bond Standards.
Practical knowledge of ESG investing conversation dynamics and technicalities on the structuring of financial instruments.
Ability to fluently communicate the companies sustainable finance strategy towards investors and financial institutions.
Key responsibilities Define the structuring models of the different green financial instruments under ACCIONAs Framework.
Develop local KPIs in order to achieve the company´s new approach of “DUAL IMPACT” across different projects globally.
Support all sustainable finance processes such as annual reports, and monthly update of allocation and impact targets.
Analyse trends and propose sustainable financing strategies for the group to keep evolving.
Develop participation in new sustainable assets markets (NBS, removals, etc.).
Support developments on the ESG company's sustainability equity story and roadshows.
Oversee the administration of sustainable finance initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of leadership and business lines sustainability heads.
Developing an understanding of sustainable finance trends and how it applies to issuers strategies across the Utilities sector.
Requisitos del candidato Previous experience.
3-5 years of experience in financial institutions, finance departments, consulting and rating firms or investors relation department.
Graduate Degree in Finance, Economic or Business or similar.
CFA or similar is a plus.
Languages.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
