This is your opportunity!As a Junior Support your role will be to be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving queries related to Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your role will be crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the quality of service we provide.As a Support Consultant your responsibilities includeProvide functional support to customers using Business Central through different communication channels.Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and effectively, following the established guidelines so that our customers can get the most out of their ERP.Follow up on incidents.Collaborate with other team members to solve complex problems.Document and log support cases for tracking and future reference.Contribute to the development of self-learning resources for customers.Acquire functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and customer-specific functionality.What do you need?Written, oral and intrapersonal communication skills in Spanish (native or near-native).Organizational, analytical, proactive and time management skills.Problem solving approach.You are a team player but work autonomously.
