EMERGING MARKETS PRIVATE CREDIT - ASSOCIATE REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND FINTECH INVESTING

Emerging Markets Private Credit: Financial Institutions and Fintech Investing The RoleThe Latin America Associate Regional Representative’s (ARR) primary responsibilities will include: serving as relationship manager and underwriter for an existing set of borrower clients as well as developing new lending opportunities with (i) traditional financial institutions and (ii) fintech clients; providing support to other members of the Private Credit team; performing financial analysis; and assessing the viability of investment opportunities. You will be expected to have the ability to contribute to all facets of the investment process, spanning origination, structuring, due diligence/underwriting, support documentation negotiation, and deal closing.  DWM’s investment mandate is centered on traditional specialty finance companies (i.e., brick & mortar micro- and small-business lenders, SME lenders, and leasing and factoring companies) as well as fintech (i.e., digital lenders and digital payment companies). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated deal experience with both types of companies.
