Oxford Global Resources Spain and its Engineering Area is supporting a top leading company in a CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) project, focusing on the expansion and renovation of facilities for the manufacturing of radiopharmaceuticals. In this crucial endeavor, we are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. As part of this exciting project, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of resources while adhering to project timelines and minimizing costs.Participating Processes: Expansion and renovation project of facilities for the manufacturing of radiopharmaceuticals.Job Mission: Your mission will be to schedule and control the utilization of resources, aligning them with project deadlines, and striving to minimize costs while optimizing results.Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include scheduling, distributing, and controlling the workload of personnel, equipment, and affected systems. You will ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations, adhere to all applicable procedures, and implement measures to enhance project operating methods and service quality. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve work problems, verify installations, and follow the AS-BUILT process.Job Duties: You will be responsible for requesting the execution of specialization courses for the area under supervision and preparing and submitting information and reports to direct management for decision-making.Job Competencies:Technical Competencies: You should possess a university degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Anticipating possible critical situations and communicating effectively with project and plant colleagues are also essential skills.Specific Competencies: Proficiency in computing and information technologies, along with the ability to handle instruments and electrical equipment used by the company, is required. AutoCAD proficiency and possibly 3D knowledge are also desired.Generic Competencies: Leadership, teamwork, achievement motivation, methodical approach, proactivity, relational ability, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and dynamism are all important traits for success in this role.Join us in this exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking project in collaboration with a leading pharmaceutical company.
