You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market. What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.Your benefits at Webhelp:Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 17:30.Competitive salary.Great office location in Benalmadena.Medical insurance + Restaurant card.Friends hunting (referral) bonus.Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on.Career development program and specialized courses.Opportunities for a career abroad through the Webhelp International Mobility Program. What you'll experience at WebhelpAs a Licensing Associate in our team, you will:Work with the RS to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio.Assist to develop a renewal plan, aligned to the client's Cloud & or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated by the client.Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist (RS) to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packages.Working with the client´s approved tools, they will help secure all necessary deal approvals. The Commercial VL programs in their scope of work are, but not limited to, the following:Enterprise Agreements (EA, EAS, SCE)Open program (OLP, OV, OVS)Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA)New Commerce agreement (CSP, MCA-E)OSPA (China only) We'll be a great match if you:Are native or proficient in Dutch + Fluent in English.2 or 3+ years Licensing experience with a proven track record of success preferred.Knowledge and experience of Microsoft or other Cloud and Online Services solutions.Experience working with & understanding negotiations in licensing contracts.Experienced in establishing trusted advisor/strategic consultant. relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.Able to help customers make the best choices in tough macroeconomic environments.Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW. Don't meet every single requirement?At Webhelp, we are dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can learn and develop themselves professionally.
