Your Role Join a dynamic customer service team representing a major international hotel chain.
Your primary mission.
Handle incoming calls from Dutch-speaking customers.
Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance.
Close reservations and support booking-related inquiries.
Drive customer satisfaction while applying a commercial mindset.
What We’re Looking For Fluent in Dutch (native level) Strong communication skills Previous sales or customer-facing experience A commercial mindset — you’re not just helping, you’re also selling Availability to work shifts between –, Monday to Sunday (including alternating weekends) What You Get Permanent contract (with a 2-month trial period) A solid monthly salary of € gross Annual gross income of € A € signing bonus The opportunity to live and work in sunny Malaga with a stable position in a major global sector
