Accountabilities.
As the Director of Global Sales Excellence, you will be responsible for reimagining, identifying, and building future best-in-class capabilities, frameworks, tools and learning experiences to enable our partners to deliver BBU strategic priorities.
You will work collaboratively with key EUCAN and International markets, influencing through a cross matrix environment to drive success of AZ business and key brands.
You will ensure appropriate capabilities are embedded into priority brands through all stages from launch to mature brand as dictated by business need.
Essential Skills/Experience.
- Significant experience of sales and key account management, processes and metrics, plus demonstrable success in leading sales teams through change - Strong demonstration of managing complexity, agile working, cross functional working, and effective senior stakeholder engagement - Ability to communicate, influence and deliver impactful change across all levels of seniority and multiple cultures.
- Demonstrated strong track record of success in commercial and capability building roles within sales, coaching and leadership orientation.
- Significant experience of commercial leadership roles with strategic, financial and people leadership skills in a cross functional environment - Strong passion for using technology in the learning environment, embracing adult learning principles and design to deliver innovative experiences.
