Our Team The Digital Product Lead Data & Analytics M&S will be integrated in the CHC Digital M&S team, which is covers the end-to-end processes under Industrial Affairs in Sanofi Consumer Healthcare.
This includes the below functional domains.
Manufacturing Quality External Manufacturing Supply Chain Health, Security and Environment (HSE) The Digital Product Lead Data & Analytics M&S working closely with the product owners in each of the functional and with the CHC Data and Analytics global team to deliver data product supporting the Industrial Affairs growth and efficiency ambitions Main responsibilities.
The Digital Product Lead Data & Analytics M&S main mandate is to deliver valuable, innovative, ready & easy to deploy solutions & services to enable and promote Digital ambitions in Industrial Affairs domain.
Product Lead ultimate accountability and responsibility is to deliver a workable product that delivers business value.
Initial mandate will be to create a robust data foundation for Industrial affairs including end-to-end performance analysis for all functional domains.
This will enable true business transformation through data driven decision making.
Key accountabilities (included but not limited) Defines and owns end-to-end analytics Roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and the architecture team for Industrial Affairs analytics products.
This includes descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions Delivers and maintains M&S Data Foundation product as one of CHC Digital strategic pillars Secures data availability across Industrial Affairs scope by creating and maintaining a business data catalogue fed by any source system aligned with global data governance rules Deliver data visualization tools for performance analysis across the functional domains Sets up self-service analytics capabilities including governance around it.
Supports overall business transformation journey through the promotion of a data driven culture in the organization, both in digital and business teams Secures harmonization of analytics solutions across the organization Acts as overall coordinator between business, digital data central team and functional streams to deliver data products Works with CHC Global data organization to define and implement effective data governance (process / organization / tools) to support CHC transformation Collaborates and support short-, mid- and long term sourcing of skills & talent from Sanofi and/or external parties whilst building relevant critical mass of skills required internally for CHC.
In order to achieve these objectives,  product Lead main responsibilities will be.
Owns the “Product”(s) from a “What” and “Why” perspective (accountable for vision, requirements and value delivery) for their specified product, or component (if multiple delivery teams involved in solution delivery).
He / She will also be  accountable on harmonization and standards to be followed in Data domain.
Can negotiate Yes/No with the Business and/or the Digital Towers Engage with Digital and Business stakeholders and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
Works closely and owns relationship with Customer Experience Ensures follow up and reporting of KPI Ensures that Digital Product(s) meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements and be accountable of product(s) compliant documentation at both functional/technical level Works in close collaboration with Service Performance Managers / Digital Operations teams securing appropriate SLAs for product are well stablish and respected Contributes actively to Operational excellence.
facilitating risk management and supervising /conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis, as extension of support by providing or coordinating L3 support on the products Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends Provides and guarantees a broad and strategic vision and understanding of a given domain of functional/ technical expertise particularly by conducting regular studies and watch campaigns Provides inputs for selection purpose and/or performance monitoring concerning Statement of Work (SOW) with vendors and subcontracting partners Oversee total cost of ownership for his/her product portfolio and proposes optimization Support Sanofi for audits and inspections involving computerized systems About you Experience.
; years of work experience, including 5+ years as technology lead in data & Analytics domain.
Experience managing transversal teams Broad background in different sectors with a preference for previous FMCH experience Proven hands-on experience with modern technologies, development methods (Lean & Agile practices) and tools (power BI, Snowflake, Databrick, ML/AI programming languages..) Proven experience from having led/steered large size complex data transformation initiatives Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment Role model our 4 values.

Engineer degree (industrial engineering, information technology).
Languages.
Advanced English.
French/Spanish is a plus.
