DIGITAL FORENSIC AND INCIDENT RESPONSE ANALYST

We are Ackcent, a cybersecurity company based in Barcelona, Spain. We are specialized and exclusively dedicated to providing cybersecurity services and solutions. Our aim is to effectively protect the digital assets of our customers. Our solutions are designed to adapt to each costumer’s particular cybersecurity needs, ensuring quality and project success.Role summaryWe are looking for a DFIR Analyst that will help maintain and improve Ackcent´s defending a variety of customers and their infrastructure from cyber threats. You will work on our SOC department helping and controlling or security measures and possible risks, preventing, monitoring. Responsibilities Manage incidents responses suffered by our customers.Analyze the events occurring during the incident: entry vector, lateral movements, impact, among others).Perform specific forensic analysis (cloning, evidence extraction, among others).Manage IOC through the incident management platform and MISP.Develop and present the report on incidents.Carry out lessons learned (AAR).Contribute to the definition and improvement of procedure.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in SOC, with 1 year managing security incidents and performing forensic analysis.Experience analyzing security events through the logs provided.Experience in triage tools (kape, brimorlabs/bambiraptor, etc.).Experience in reporting and IOC management. Ability to deal with clients in an empathetic, clear, and precise manner.Ability to work in a team.Basic experience in programming languages (Python, Powershell, etc.).What we offerGrowing companyIndefinitely contract.Hybrid work: mostly remote from anywhere.
