HAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an Decision Strategy and Statistical Analysis Sr Analyst, you will be engaged in.
o-Leading of core-banking credit risk-decisioning ecosystem – Provenir risk engine, data base, and analytical environments.
o-Leading of parameterization, and maintenance of the risk decision strategy for the different portfolios at SCF Santander countries.
evelopment and implementation of credit risk strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
eading technological projects that impact on Credit Risk Decision Strategy and Statistical Analysis Department.
eading automated monitoring processes covering end-to-end admission process - Provenir risk engine system, data, and decision strategies accuracy (scorecards, credit risk policies, decision trees, etc.).
uilding regular risk admission reports and present these to the internal customers.
articipation in design, development, and management of relational risk databases, and data marts based on automated ETL processes.
articipation in implementation, and oversight of credit risk API-based processes (counteroffer, pricing, online behavioral scoring, PSD2-based processes).
xecution of SIT and UAT tests (unit, mass tests) including debugging analysis and conclusions based on test results according to Santander standards.
ollaboration with the cross-country teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated effectively through the Santander organization.

XPERIENCE3+ years of professional experience working with credit risk-decisioning systems and credit risk admission processes in a financial services industry.
trong credit risk assessment skills with focus on credit risk admission processes.
trong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
xcellent command of specific software like Python, Java, and SQL.
xperiences with relational databases and ETL processes.
xperiences in programming, software development.
rofessional experience in AWS technology is an added asset.
