Being the first point of contact for the sales reps you will be answering questions, giving advice, and solving problems using your technical knowledge and expertise. As a successful Deal Desk Analyst, you will become an expert in core operations and operational chance, truly understanding the nuts and bolts of a SaaS business and sales life cycle. Responsibilities Provide consultative support/troubleshooting to sales reps who will create cases using a CRM when (back office) support is required. To resolve the case within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) which will change depending on the case type. Meet or exceed defined targets related to response & resolution times. Educate sales reps on processes, and best practices, to improve performance and release sales capacity to core sales activities. Build working relationships cross-functionally that will help resolve special requests from the sales team. Be an expert in our client's CRM and ERP Systems. Follow up with Sales Reps & cross-functional teams to retrieve the required information in order to solve cases quickly and in accordance with our client's sales policies. Ensure Sales Reps follow our client's guidelines and sales policies while moving opportunities through the sales life cycle. Requirements: Ability to communicate confidently with tech-savvy customers using perfect written and spoken English. Understanding of Sales Order processing & Customer Support Operations. The ability to navigate and progress the sales process through long, complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, organizational, detailed oriented, and client-service skills. To read the case notes and be able to fully understand & identify the request received. Experience in Back Office, Customer Service, and/or office call center environment is a plus. Ability to work independently and to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively. Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Ability to provide meaningful insights from data. To take full ownership and responsibility for the cases you are working on during their “Life cycle”.
