Your responsibilities and impact working as a Database Specialist will be:
- Maintain and update the Data Warehouse (DWH) used for Budgeting and Forecasting activities (monthly and quarterly).
- Manage and develop Power BI (PBI) projects.
- Create reports and data entry forms using Tagetik.
- Support FP A users by providing training on new features and resolving technical issues.
- Work with the Product Owner and FP A stakeholders to implement technical improvements.
- Organize training sessions and create documentation for the user community.
- Contribute to the optimization of FP A processes and tools.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You speak English fluently.
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Database Specialist with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of database management systems, Power BI and ETL are a plus.
- Proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are used to working with various stakeholders on different levels
- Monitor and optimize database performance using tuning methods, reporting, and analysis tools.
- Accuracy and ability to work with large volume of data.
- Any experience in corporate finance (FP A, reporting, controlling, accounting) is a plus.
