Job Description Monitoring various country or region-specific privacy legislations and data protection regulations, analyzing compliance requirements and issuing recommendations as needed, support the implementation of new requirements into technology Leading privacy by design initiatives for a portfolio of SaaS products dedicated for the hospitality industry Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) Improve and maintain cross-border data transfer legal framework Review and negotiations of various data protection terms and data processing agreements with clients, suppliers, partners Privacy incident management Maintaining the Register of Processing Activities Interact with IT, security and business stakeholders to identify data protection related risks and introduce mitigating measures Conducting employee trainings, increasing employee understanding of privacy, data handling practices and legal obligations Responding to data subject requests Qualifications A university degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Privacy role in multi-national company, ideally in tech/SaaS IAPP certification (e.

CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) Experience with interpreting and implementing obligations of the data protection legislation and regulations (especially the GDPR, CCPA and PIPL), as well understanding of security compliance Familiarity with One Trust and/or similar solutions Knowledge and experience in IT and security when working in privacy role, including a solid understanding of relevant technologies, such as encryption, hashing, tokenization, etc.
