This will represent also supporting the definition and maintenance in the OpCo, following the Enterprise Data Model, UDM with global and help the local organization to follow the rules established on this matterData Governance: Working closely with the global organization to be adhered and aligned with global way of working on data. Helping to establish the rules and way of working to maintain the right data governance to ensure the integrity, accuracy and availability of the data.Demand management: Supporting demand management process to ensure the projects and business run without issues avoiding disruptions on it, as well as new projects lands on current data architecture in a structured and organized manner. Data Management: Support the day-by-day operations to ensure the right level of data that supports the reporting for the company. Manage the 3rd parties to manage the data following the guidelines, data governance and structure established.Standards and processes: To improve accuracy, quality and availability of the data and detection and support of improvement actions.Data Monitoring: To help assuring that data and reporting are under monitoring at certain levels, establishing the thresholds to use by the different stakeholders.People and personal development: Ensures effective Performance Management through the creation of a Personal Development Plan: working on the development targets formulated in the Personal Development Plan throughout the year to improve competencies and skills.Regularly reviews and aligns relationships with other potential peers.Identifies requirement and builds key knowledge in line with technical competencies.Execute the training plans and performance reviews in line with policies.Managing the Master Data team.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.Passion for Data Quality and ManagementFundamental understanding of data, data flows and processes.Able to translate Business requirements into Data Solution.Excellent language skills in English and local language (Spanish).MUST HAVE: 5+ years in a data management related role, 3+ of project management experience.Certifications about Data Management and Data Governance (Collibra, Ataccama, etc.)Deep understanding of data quality management- profiling, cleansing, and data enhancementAn understanding of how data is used within business processes and its impactDemonstrated experience with governing, implementing and driving data management activities across companies.Past record of successful data management related projects. Strong project and team management skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business.Experience managing cross-functional teams and 3rd parties.NICE TO HACE: 7+ years in a data management related role, 5+ of management experience.knowledge about Azure Cloud.engineering experience is a plus.with SAP, Salesforce is a plus.Demonstrated ability to hire and develop talent, and construct a team to deliver operational excellence.Background in FMCG Industry or Deep Business Domain (Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance) knowledge is a plus.Knowledge of industry trends and demonstrated commitment to stay up to date on new technologies.¿What do we offer?Time for Yourself⛱: We have 29 days off per year!
