As any other role, it requires collaboration with other stakeholders, such as data engineers and analysts, to meet the organization’s data governance goals.
Outcome: Ensures efficient and secure data management
Tareas
Responsibilities:
Designing enterprise data management frameworks
Data model standards
Database development standards
Implementation and management of data warehouses
Data analytics systems
Guaranteeing data security and compliance with applicable regulations, including access restrictions, encryption, and privacy laws (GDPR and HIPPA)
Design and implement data management processes, including:
Data ingestion
Data transformation
Data storage
Build data models.
Requisitos
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent technical, analytical, and project management.
Strong communication, and interpersonal.
Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environments.
Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Strong strategic thinking and data modeling
Strong Knowledge in managing data ingestion and creation pipelines over technologies of data acquisition.
National and international travel could be necessary
