We are looking for a Cyber and Digital Security Specialist - IAM Expert  to be part of our IT Security and Compliance team.

Fluent Business English   The role  In this position, under the supervision and guidance of the IAM Product Manager, the Cyber and Digital Security Specialist - IAM Expert  will bring deep expertise and knowledge on Privileged Access Management (PAM) including Privileged Password Management (PPM) and Privileged Session Management (PSM), in order to mitigate IT security risks across Nestlé Group and ensure that information assets are adequately protected in a Hybrid and Cloud environment.
The Cyber and Digital Security Specialist - IAM Expert will also guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within their area of expertise.
You will perform preliminary studies and proof of concepts, helping to set the technological direction to the product owner or platform manager minding a balance between security and user experience.
The Cyber and Digital Security Specialist - IAM Expert  will support the delivery and sustain of the most complex applications and may be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development, support or operational activities that will be managed by the offshore/support team.

Participate in the development and review of standards, documentation, and methods of working.
Ensure all solutions are secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
Perform peer reviews of deliverables (e.

technical designs, standards) and provide guidance, directions, and technical support to product teams as well as mentor and share technology knowledge with offshore teams.
Collaborate with Product managers, Architects, Business Analysts and Suppliers to ensure solutions fit strategic and technical direction.
Assist in resolving complex technical problems, investigating root causes, and recommending smart solutions.

Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
+7 years’ experience in IAM, including large implementations on PAM area.
Demonstrated experience in hybrid and complex enterprise environments, including technologies like Privileged Password Management (PPM), Privileged Session Management (PSM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Just in Time, Multifactor authentication (MFA) and Microsoft Entra ID.
Effective communication skills at different levels in the organization, both technical and non-technical audiences, in English.
Ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure situations, with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points if you.
Knowledge of AWS and GCP IAM concepts.
Experience using Azure DevOps.
Professional security management certification, such as a Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC300), Azure Security Engineer Associated (AZ500), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or any other Security related certifications.
