We are very proud of our reputation and the professionalism and integrity of our professionals.What will you be doing?To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Page Outsourcing values.Key responsibilities:Capturing successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activitiesScheduling Hiring Manager Interview with CandidatesTracking candidate progress against agreed onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or informationResponding to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start datesWorking with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delaysArranging keep in touch calls or updates with candidates to update them on the progress of onboardingWorking with 3rd party vendors and/or internal teams who are responsible for delivering onboarding elements to ensure an efficient working relationshipOffer letter generationContract generationRaising requests for facilities or systems accessBooking candidates into orientation / day 1 activitiesSharing new joiner packs or informationManaging contractor and temp to perm conversionsWhat you will bring:English and Czech native or advanced are a must.Previous experience of 2 years working within recruitment, costumer service, or relatedExcellent communications skillsAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadReliable and well organisedProactiveSound business ethics and integrityAble to work well under pressureAble to work within company procedures and standardsTeam player with a flexible and confident approach to workStrong understanding of industry and marketsAbility to negotiate effectivelyAbility to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitmentCustomer and Candidate focusedHow will you be rewarded?We offer a comprehensive remuneration and benefits package, including:A career with Page GroupCompetitive salaryFlexible working / hybrid modelDefined career progressionFamily friendly enhanced policies
