Job Description We’re looking for a passionate English and Spanish speaking Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tallinn.
You’ll play the key role in helping our customers have a great experience with Wise, as the link between our customers and internal teams.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Customer Support team.
Help customers have the best experience possible with our product by showing  empathy and patience and being resilient  when needed Support customers by communicating with them via  emails and phone calls Demonstrate flexibility! You’ll be covering a variety of  shifts  - we work when our customers need us the most including early mornings, day times, afternoons, late evenings, weekends and public holidays as per business demand.
PS! We make our schedules in advance so you’ll be able to plan your time accordingly Go above and beyond the call of duty.

Grow through mentoring and working with other teams, developing your skills and figuring out how to have an impact on our customers Qualifications You’re located already in  Tallinn, Estonia or willing to  relocate  here (we offer visa and relocation support) You’re ready to work full time (40h per week).
This isn't a part-time job opportunity and we cannot be flexible with this Your  verbal and written English and Spanish skills  are excellent, communicating difficult concepts in an easy to understand way comes naturally to you You’re  flexible and adaptable, open to working days, evenings and weekend shifts as well as public holidays You’re  cool under pressure  taking charge in challenging situations and keeping your composure if things get tense You’re able to work in a  fast-paced, ever-changing environment  - you understand that change is needed to both grow and learn but also work more efficiently and you’re ready to start a career in a global company You’re a  team-player  and understand that having a great working culture is everyone’s responsibility.
