Tu participeras au sein de cette équipe, au développement de notre fantastique logiciel.
Tu contribueras aux réorganisations de l’entreprise pour soutenir sa croissance.
En relation directe avec les clients de la start-up, ta mission sera d´être à l’écoute des demandes et d’accompagner nos clients dans la recherche de solutions.
Support opérationnel - Relation client.
Répondre aux demandes entrantes des clients par téléphone/email Être à l’écoute de leurs demandes et reformuler celles-ci si nécessaire Évaluer l’urgence des demandes, les prioriser Configurer les comptes clients Participation aux RDV récurrents avec les clients Support interne à l’équipe Customer Success Utilisation de notre logiciel SaaS - mise en place de documentation support Configuration du compte et identification des améliorations du logiciel en fonction des remontées clients Relation avec les développeurs, les chefs de projet et produit, participation à la mise en production de projet clientsTu cherches une expérience à l’internationalTu fais preuve d’un grand sens de l’organisationTu aimes la relation client, tu as le sens du contactTu as une expérience en support client, une expérience en logiciel support est un plusTu es capable de t’adapter et d’être autonomeTu parles français couramment Stage basé à Barcelone pour une durée de 6 mois à pourvoir dès le mois de Septembre Gratification.
550€/mois Les +.
