Private-Radar is currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. If you excel in a dynamic and client-centric environment and have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention, we want to connect with you!In this role, a deep understanding of customer success principles, coupled with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, is crucial. Previous experience in a Customer Success role within the SaaS industry is considered a significant asset. Fluency in English is a prerequisite (we will be evaluating your proficiency).Responsibilities: 50 % of your time:Build and Maintain Relationships: Create and nurture strong relationships with new and current customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to ensure satisfaction and success.Customer Visits: Conduct on-site visits to customers, identifying growth opportunities within our platform and strengthening our partnership.Reporting: Manage and generate comprehensive reports on the health and performance of customers' accounts.Onboarding Expertise: Facilitate onboarding processes, welcoming customers, sending necessary documents, and overseeing smooth migrations.Proactive Customer Communication: Regularly reach out to customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any potential concerns or challenges they may be facing.Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely solutions to their questions.Bridge Between Customers and Technical Team: Serve as the interface between customers and the technical side of the company, ensuring a seamless flow of information and addressing technical aspects of the platform.Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our offerings.The other 50 % of your time: Client Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and prospecting efforts to hit sales goals.Pre-Sales Relationship Building: Kickstart the sales process by making targeted phone calls to potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities and hit sales goalsDemo Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and participate in product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition to seal the deal.Sales Cycle Support: Assist in the initial stages of the sales cycle, providing insights and support to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to active sales discussions.Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer success or related roles, preferably in SaaS.Skills: Proficient in customer success principles, exceptional communication, problem-solving, client relationship builder and interpersonal skills.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools; proficiency in Microsoft applications.Strategic Thinking: Capable of understanding client needs and formulating strategic solutions.Why Private-Radar? 🌐 Global Impact: With over 50 thousand users across 30+ countries and 100+ clients, Private-Radar is making waves on a global scale.🏆 Industry Leadership: With more than 9 years of expertise, Private-Radar is a trailblazer in providing industry-focused management software.
