Betreuung von neuen/bestehenden Kunden Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, den Anwendungstechnikern sowie der Technikabteilung Angebotsbearbeitung.
Prüfung und Erfassung von Anfragen, Abstimmung von kundenspezifischen Werkzeuglösungen mit den Fachabteilungen und dem Außendienst, kaufmännische Angebotserstellung, Erstellung und Abgabe von Angeboten an den Kunden, Nachverfolgung offener Angebote in Zusammenarbeit Auftragsbearbeitung.
Prüfung und Erfassung von Verkaufsunterlagen mit Hilfe des Shared-Service-Teams, Abstimmung von kundenspezifischen Werkzeuglösungen mit den Fachabteilungen und dem Außendienst, Versand von Auftragsbestätigungen, Rechnungen und ggf.
Zeichnungen, Verwaltung von offenen Aufträgen Reklamationsmanagement CRM Unterstützung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen (Promotion, Kampagne, Quartalsende) Digitale Dokumentenverwaltung und Ablage nach standardisierten, vordefinierten Kriterien Verantwortung für die Kundenzufriedenheit im Allgemeinen (SLI) Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Funktion erfolgreich zu sein.
