We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for a tech company based in Malaga! Crypto knowledge it is crucial for this role.
Your mission.
Were looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a complex and constantly evolving industry to join our Customer Success team.
Were looking for someone who can develop an in-depth knowledge of our customersneeds and can confidently build strong, loyal relationships with different stakeholders across the organisation to help fulfil these needs.
Youll help to bridge the gap between our customers, and our Product, Delivery, Sales and Support teams.
Youll be the main point of contact for our customers, managing the touch points at key stages in their customer journey such as onboarding, go-live and updates.
Youll help resolve problems, working with your Fortris colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations.
What youll do.
Youll also be at the forefront of growing the Customer Success team.
Build an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers by working closely with the Sales team Guide and advise our customers throughout the onboarding process Understand our customers strategic goals and educate them on how to get the best out of our product Nurture the relationships between us and our customers to enhance loyalty Ensure our customers are satisfied with our product and service Actively work to fix issues, before they become issues Ability to gather and analyse data, and use it to present and deliver key messages, written and verbally to senior stakeholders Keep stakeholders other teams up-to-date with the status of all of our customers Requisitos At least 5 years demonstrable experience in a Customer Success role Knowledge and experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain Ability to understand the complexities of the financial technology industry Can easily grasp technical concepts and be able to translate them into understandable, meaningful content for our customers Empathy and a passion for customer experience Self-motivated with a positive, structured approach Excellent, eloquent, written and verbal communication skills Great relationship builder youre a people person An analytical mind with a talent for problem solving Superb organisational skills youre able to prioritise your workload Reliability, trustworthiness with superb attention to detail Bonus points.
Fluent in English.
Spanish would be a plus Experience of setting up teams, structures and processes for improving customer relationships Beneficios What we offer.
