Nous avons besoin de toi pour renforcer notre équipe Customer Success et apporter les meilleures solutions à notre portefeuille clients, qui grandit de jour en jour ! Rattaché(e) à l’équipe des Customer Success Managers, tu travailleras également avec les équipes Sales et Operations composées d’une 10aine de personnes.
Tu es garant(e) du service client dans un contexte d’hyper croissance visant à structurer, automatiser et accompagner le passage à l’échelle de l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur opérationnelle.
Tes missions au quotidien Suivi des projets d’onboarding de nouveaux clients sur notre solution SaaS Création de tutoriels pour alimenter notre centre d’aide et ainsi doter les clients des ressources nécessaires à la résolution de leurs problèmes fréquents Gestion du service après-vente pour notre portefeuille clients Échanges avec nos clients pour répondre à leurs questions et résoudre leurs incidents via un système de ticketing, emails et téléphone Coordination avec les équipes Sales, iT & Opérations Garantie d’une excellente relation client dans une démarche de fidélisation et prise en compte de leurs retours / feedbacks Participation à des salons et événements de networking pour rencontrer nos clientsExpérience précédente en sales B2B et plus spécifiquement sur un poste Customer Care / Customer Success ou Account ManagerFormation niveau BAC+ 3 minimum (École de commerce, Université, IAE, )Une énergie positive et contagieuseDétermination et volonté d’apprendreCompréhension du monde SaaS (Software as a Service)Force de proposition et l’envie de surmonter les challengesIntérêt pour le Numérique Responsable
