Proporcionar alternativas viables al cliente en caso de falta de stock u otras incidencias, asegurando una experiencia de servicio excelente.
Responsabilidades Principales Contactar con clientes para ofrecer alternativas ante productos sin stock.
Crear direcciones de entrega en la ficha maestra del cliente.
Gestionar el servicio de bidones retornables.
Proponer soluciones personalizadas ante incidencias internas o externas.
Elaborar y hacer seguimiento de plazos de entrega de pedidos.
Programar pedidos de clientes.
Recopilar información para la creación de nuevos productos.
Tramitar devoluciones e incidencias.
Anular pedidos cuando sea necesario.
Atender llamadas de clientes internos y externos.
Colaborar y dar soporte a otros departamentos según se requiera.
Se requiere.
Requisitos Académicos y Formativos.
Formación académica.
CFGM en Administración o experiencia equivalente.
Formación adicional.
Formación específica para el puesto (Art.
19).
Plan de Emergencias (PE) / Simulacro de Emergencias (PAU).
Experiencia con sistemas de gestión ERP.
Conocimiento de la línea de productos de Scharlab.
Idiomas.
Español.
Nivel C2 (nativo o equivalente).
Inglés.
Nivel B1 (intermedio).
Conocimientos Informáticos.
Manejo básico de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experiencia con sistemas ERP (valorable experiencia en Salesforce).
Personas con discapacidad.
Será necesario disponer de un Certificado de Discapacidad oficial igual o superior al 33% emitido por el organismo público competente.
