CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST TEMPORAL

En LHH estoy trabajando con una empresa multinacional especializada en la fabricación y venta de maquinaria de jardinería que quiere incorporar de forma TEMPORAL (6-9 meses) un/a Customer Care Specialist, cuya misión será apoyar las actividades del proceso de ventas siendo el responsable de la gestión de pedidos y seguimiento de las solicitudes de los clientes.Las funciones que desempeñará serán:En el área de atención al cliente:Atender la emisión y gestión de pedidos de acuerdo con los procedimientos específicos en SAP.Gestionar la documentación del pedido y el envío/comunicación del cliente. Apoyo al departamento administrativo para la gestión de pedidos en relación con pagos y problemas específicos del cliente.En el área comercial:Apoyar e implementar el plan de visitas a clientes.Apoyar al equipo comercial en la gestión de los clientes y en las presentaciones a éstos.En el área de marketing:Colaborar con el departamento de marketing para implementar las acciones oportunas.Para poder desarrollar este rol, necesitamos que:Que poseas formación universitariaExperiencia en una posición similar en el sector industrial de al menos 3 añosImprescindible conocimiento avanzado paquete Office y SAPNivel inglés C1Si quieres incorporarte en un proyecto ambicioso y retador, esta es tu oportunidad! ¡Apúntate!
