CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ENGLISH-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE - FASHION INDUSTRY

In this dynamic role, youll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients products and/or services.

What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will.
- Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other future channels) and solve their queries - Log call details onto CRM and provide response and resolution within SLA.
Maintain service - and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers - Escalate potential service issues.
To follow all the processes and procedures of the project - Ensure contractual SLA is maintained  Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level in English and intermediate level of Spanish - Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications.
Windows/MS Office - Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment - Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs and basic sales skills-Upselling and cross-selling - Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution It will be a plus if you have.
