Funciones:.
Servir como el punto de contacto primario de los clientes, relacionadas al estatus de los envíos, actualizaciones de entrega, y cualquier aspecto relacionado..
Comunicarse adecuadamente en chino, español y un inglés de nivel trabajo, para un mejor servicio y contacto transfronterizo con los clientes de nuestras operaciones..
Hacer seguimiento y monitorizar las órdenes para asegurar la entrega en tiempo, y proactivamente gestionar cualquier retraso o problema que pueda surgir..
Investigar y resolver las quejas de los clientes o preocupaciones relacionados a entregas, calidad de producto, o cualquier otro aspecto del mundo de la logística..
Colaborar codo a codo con el equipo de operaciones logístico para coordinar eficiente y adecuadamente los horarios de entrega..
Dar feedback al encargado, respecto a los problemas recurrentes o áreas de mejora en el proceso logístico..
Mantener registros adecuados de las interacciones y transacciones con los clientes....

Requisitos:.
Bilingüe en chino y español, conocimiento nivel trabajo de inglés..
Experiencia demostrable en servicio al cliente o un campo relacionado, preferiblemente en logística o manejo y gestión de cadenas de suministro..
Marcada capacidad de resolución de problemas y habilidad para gestionar situaciones difíciles con diplomacia y tacto..
Orientación a los detalles con especial enfoque en datos detallados de entradas y registros..
Actitud positiva, empatía y un importante compromiso para generar una experiencia de servicio al cliente excepcional....
