Handling inbound calls and emails regarding the software programs Understand queries and/or problems of the client and pass on to the right department Assign clients to right queue and handle ticketing Administration tasks Managing office supplies Maintain Inventory Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role.
Native speaker in Dutch with high level of French & English OR Native speaker inFrench with high level of Dutch & English Interest in IT & Software Service minded person with strong administration skills Team player with strong listening skills No previous experience needed Preferably already in Spain with necessary documents (NIE/SSN) What’s in it for you?
