Tasks
As a Customer Service Advisor, your role is key in providing professional service, work solution- and sales-oriented. You should be the person who advises the customer, as well as answers their questions regarding products, deliveries and invoices.
Requirements

Native-level in Norwegian, both spoken and written. With a good level of English.
You excel in customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail or service professions, is preferred.
You possess a sales-oriented mindset and thrive on achieving holdback and additional sales targets.
Your focus is on delivering exceptional customer service with a keen eye on customer satisfaction.
