_Communicate with customer.
Understand customer requirement and transmit customer voice at the plant.
_Feedback customer complaint on time and follow the correction action plan.
_Develop application of quality specifications in both the customer requirements and product specifications _Warranty claim management, including warranty parts analysis and report, claims.
_Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the warranty analysis and report.
_Train customer quality engineer to correctly analyze the returned parts.
_Maintain lesson learn system and share good idea with team.
_Establish a robust feedback proscenium for customer satisfaction data; _Work with service group to establish a robust monitoring proscenium for field quality.
_Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency.
