Descripción de la oferta de empleo
FUNCIONES:.
- Introducir en varios sistemas datos relacionados con nómina y recursos humanos, como nuevas contrataciones, despidos, licencias, beneficios, deducciones, tiempo y asistencia, y preparación de certificaciones.
- Controlar y corregir todos los posibles errores en el cálculo de la nómina.
- Desarrollar conocimiento de diferentes sistemas de nómina y recursos humanos, temas de nómina y regulaciones legales.
- Preparar las declaraciones oportunas y correctas requeridas en el proceso, de acuerdo con las órdenes del Cliente.
- Creación de informes diarios/semanales/mensuales/periódicos requeridos en el proceso.
- Archivar todos los documentos requeridos tanto en papel como en formato electrónico.
- Tener el conocimiento y la actualización de la documentación del proceso dado.
- Búsqueda activa e implementación de posibles mejoras de procesos.
- Participación en el logro de los niveles de métrica planificados y otros objetivos de calidad.

- Contrato indefinido a través de Manpower.
- Jornada de 39 horas semanales..
- Horario.
Lunes a viernes en la franja comprendida entre las.

- Modalidad de trabajo teletrabajo.
REQUISITOS:.
-Nivel de paquete office avanzado.
-Buenas habilidades de comunicación orales y escritas.
- Una persona con pensamiento lógico capacidad para buscar cosas que no son obvias..
- Manejo del alemán oral y escrito muy bueno y un conocimiento de inglés y francés C1, mínimo B2..
