Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Benefits Advisor.
Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand Acting in the interest of the customer and the company to resolve complaints mutually with a compromise Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role.
You are a native German Speaker Having a valid work permit for Spain (required) You have a degree in the commercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) - which can be either an apprenticeship or an university degree Excellent communication skills You feel comfortable advising customers on sensitive data The ability to break down complicated issues in a simple and understandable way You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad What’s in it for you?
