Strategic partner of Customer Success Manager (customer account owner), you will work hand to hand to assure customer satisfaction and draw platform empowerment plans which fit with their specific needs.
Responsabilities & main activities.
· Follow a Customer portfolio and closely work with Customer Success Manager(s) (sharing feedback, documentation, meeting preparation, etc..) · Draw and deliver empowerment programs for your customer’s portfolio.
· Onboard new customer.
ensure the handling of the platform and the implementation of the basics.
· Design and lead action plan to drive product awareness, adoption and meet customer goals.
· Set up regular touch points with customers to assure their evolution and adoption.
· Be the direct contact for your customers regarding platform questions or issues (via ticketing) and answer within Splio standard time.
· Participate in client meetings with Customer Success Managers to understand their digital strategy and key business objectives.
· Be the expert on new product features for internal teams and customers.
· Contribute to knowledge library and enablement resources (eLearning, use case library, certification, documentation, etc.).
· Gather and share feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement of our programs & product.
ackground:· A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.· 3+ years experience in CRM, Customer Success or Digital Marketing role.· Strong written & verbal communication skills, client-facing experience, and a customer-first attitude· Fluency in French and English.
kills:· A good understanding of campaign analytics and campaign optimization and interest in marketing trends.· Highly structured work approach and the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel· Strong project management and organization.· Flexibility, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in a dynamic environment.· Empathy and pedagogy.
